Tax form

When the organization asks for a tax form, submit it here: the form, your taxpayer identifier and any withholding.

Insurance certificates

Each certificate on file shows its coverage, insurer, policy, limit and dates, and is Current or Expired. Under it are the additional insureds it names. If the organization requires others, send a certificate that names them.

Prequalification and steps

Your prequalification with its scope, the date it is valid to and the decision, and the compliance steps, each satisfied or still open.

Organizations request insurance during onboarding. Your company's certificates are also in Company settings.
