Asset approvals

Approve or return the brand assets the organization submits for your entitlements.

The organization submits banners, artwork, copy and video for your entitlements here. Each asset shows its kind, the entitlement it serves, the date it is needed by, its revision and how it will be used. One that waits on you is marked Awaiting your approval.

Review an asset

  1. Choose Approve, or Return for changes.
  2. Returning, say what to change, so the organization can revise it. Approving, you can add a note.
  3. Send your answer.

A returned asset can be resubmitted from the same row. Approved and canceled assets are final.
