Chat lists your conversations with their unread count. Open one to read and write. Messages show who wrote them and when, and edited messages say so.

Start a conversation from the Directory. Messages you write offline send when you reconnect.

Tap the three dots on a message from someone else to report it to your organization's moderators, who review it within 24 hours, or to block its author. A block hides their messages in every conversation. Reporting and blocking need a connection.
