My Shifts

Your shifts on the project, grouped by day, with the role, the time and a countdown before each starts. A shift offered to you says Waiting for you: choose Accept to take it.

Open Shifts

Shifts anyone eligible can take. Choose Claim. The shift is yours once the claim uploads; your organization's claiming rule decides if someone got there first. Compass stops a claim that overlaps a shift you already hold, so swap or drop that one first.
