Kiosk

Kiosk mode turns a tablet or phone into a shared clock-in point. Open it from More or Settings if your role allows it.

Set up

Enter the device key shown once when the kiosk was registered in Atlas, then Start Kiosk.

Clock in or out

1. Find your name.
2. Enter your PIN, 4 to 8 digits.
3. Look at the camera if the kiosk takes a photo.
4. Clock In or Clock Out.

Offline, the punch is saved and your PIN is checked when the kiosk reconnects. Too many wrong tries lock the PIN until your supervisor resets it.

When the kiosk is no longer registered

If the kiosk was retired or turned off in Atlas, it says This device is no longer registered as a kiosk and takes no PINs. A supervisor registers the kiosk again in Atlas, then, signed in on the kiosk, chooses Forget this kiosk and enters the new device key.
