Inbox

Inbox gathers what needs you on the project:

• shifts offered to you, which open Schedule
• reported incidents, if you dispatch them
• changes that did not upload and need your decision, which open the Offline queue

Your notifications join them: approvals, mentions and assignments under Needs You, everything else under For Your Information. A notification about a record opens the record. One about something Compass has no screen for, such as a new match for a saved search, opens the page in Gateway.

When nothing needs you, Inbox says you are all caught up.

Approve from notifications

Inbox offers to turn on notifications. With them on, you can approve or reject timesheets and other requests right from the alert, with a reason when you reject. Tapping any other alert opens what it is about, even when Compass was closed.
