Getting around Compass

Compass is the field app for members of an organization and for everyone it engages. What you see depends on your role.

Tabs

• Today: your clock, your next shifts and the day's information.
• Schedule: your shifts and open shifts to claim.
• Scan: the raised button in the middle, for badges, gear and deliveries.
• Inbox: what needs you.
• More: everything else for your role, Settings and Help.

Field supervisors also have a Crew tab.

Project and sync

Choose the project at the top of a screen. A banner says when you are offline or when changes wait to upload. Compass keeps working offline and uploads when you reconnect; see Offline queue.

Help

Choose Help in More or Settings for the articles of the screen you were on. Help is saved on your phone, so it works offline too.
