Activity and audit log
Follow what changed and who changed it, and read the compliance record when you need proof.
Activity feed
The feed shows what happened across the projects you can see, newest first: records created, states changed, gates passed and comments posted. Filter it to projects or records, or open a project's own Activity tab to see only that project.
Audit log
The audit log is the append-only compliance record of your organization. It keeps every change for seven years, with personal data redacted where the law requires. Only people with audit access see it. Each entry names who acted, what changed, when, and from which surface.
Use the audit log to answer questions such as who approved a purchase order or when a role was granted. Use the activity feed for day-to-day awareness.
