TableRow level security on
The person's own access log for their work details (Section 8.4 access transparency): every change they make, every share and revocation, and every read or reveal by an engaging org, with the categories and changed column names but never a value. Written only by the database; the person reads all of theirs and an org's audit readers read the rows naming their org.
