direction	app.capability_direction	Yes	Require or Provide.

description	text	Yes	What is required or provided.
quantity	numeric	Yes	Quantity, when countable.
unit_basis	text	Yes	Unit of the quantity.
is_critical	boolean	Yes	True for a critical requirement; an Unknown against it is a gate 3 gap.
assertion_domain	text	Yes	Always capability: the assertion family of the word.
assertion_word	text	Yes	CERTIFIED, DOCUMENTED, CLAIMED, INFERRED or UNKNOWN.
venue_id	uuid	Yes	Venue that provides a capability.
counterparty_id	uuid	Yes	Vendor or other counterparty that provides a capability.
deleted_at	timestamp with time zone	Yes	Soft delete time. A row with deleted_at set is ignored by every access helper.
created_at	timestamp with time zone	Yes	When the row was inserted. Set by the database.
created_by	uuid	Yes	Person who inserted the row, or null for a platform process. Set by the database.
updated_at	timestamp with time zone	Yes	When the row last changed. Set by the database.
updated_by	uuid	Yes	Person who last changed the row, or null for a platform process. Set by the database.
