app.integration_calendar_items

View

Every item a calendar target syncs, in one shape: Meeting and Event records with a start, and shifts. Canceled and deleted items stay listed with canceled set, so the connector removes them from the provider calendar.

org_id	uuid	Yes	Org of the item.
sync_kind	app.calendar_sync_kind	Yes	Meeting, Event or Shift.
entity	app.integration_entity	Yes	Record or Shift, the kind of local row in the identifier map.
local_id	uuid	Yes	Record or shift id.
project_id	uuid	Yes	Project of the item.
title	text	Yes	Record title, or project and role for a shift.
starts_at	timestamp with time zone	Yes	Start.
ends_at	timestamp with time zone	Yes	End; a record without an end lasts one hour on the calendar.
time_zone	text	Yes	IANA zone the item was planned in.
location_text	text	Yes	Meeting location or the venue.
conferencing_uri	text	Yes	Video conferencing link of a meeting.
canceled	boolean	Yes	True when the item was canceled or deleted and should leave the calendar.
updated_at	timestamp with time zone	Yes	When the item last changed in XOS, for conflict decisions.
