View
Engagements as every internal surface reads them (engagement contract engagement_resolved): job title, classification and payment channel joined from canon, and the rate in force read from the agreed rate, then the org's rate card line effective on the start date, then the canon rate card. The rate is Restricted and masked (NULL, is_masked true) without data.restricted.read.payroll. Rows follow the engagement read rule.
