TableRow level security on
Reports of a post, a comment on a post or a chat message to the org's moderators (ADR 0033 decision 57, App Store Review Guideline 1.2). Filed only through app.report_content; open until a moderator's decision on the item decides it, due 24 hours after it arrived. Read by the reporter and by the org's moderators other than the item's author; leaves with the item.
