View

One row per live budget line with both GL dimensions, the derived account, the NULL-aware extended amount and approved spend. The grain the budget versus actual and final cost reports aggregate.

is_baseline	boolean	Yes	True when the budget is the gate 3 baseline.

line_number	integer	Yes	Order of the line within its budget.
description	text	Yes	Line description.
line_type	app.budget_line_type	Yes	Cost, Labor, Fee or Contingency.
urid	text	Yes	Dimension 2 discipline or category.
dept_code	text	Yes	Department class of the URID.
account_code	text	Yes	Expense account the line posts to (app.budget_line_amounts): the priced item's explicit GL default, else the URID class's expense account (decision D13 as owner decision 39 reads it); NULL when neither gives one.
cost_center_id	uuid	Yes	Dimension 1 cost center.
cost_center_code	text	Yes	Code of the cost center.
grade_code	text	Yes	Price grade.
element_id	text	Yes	Catalog element priced by the line.
extended_minor	bigint	Yes	Quantity times unit price in minor units; NULL when unpriced.
is_unpriced	boolean	Yes	True when the unit price is NULL.
drawn_in_minor	numeric	Yes	Contingency drawn into the line.
drawn_out_minor	numeric	Yes	Contingency drawn out of the line.
