View

Applications as the Pipeline board reads them (Section 4.5.5): applicant name, shortlist rank, next interview, the offer in force and whose turn it is, and the bid total only once the bid is unsealed for the reader (Section 8.7). Rows follow opportunities.application.read on the project.
