TableRow level security on
Proposed field values of an AI suggestion, each with a confidence score and provenance agent (rank 40, Section 3.8). A field the source does not support carries NO_ANSWER and what is missing instead of a guessed value (Section 3.7). The value is the model's output (a provider payload).
